Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions
The Privacy Policy of Distribution Center LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") applies to all information that the Company may obtain about the User while the User uses any of the Company's sites, services, programs, products, or services, and/or during the Company's execution of any agreements or contracts with the User, including the possibility of sending information, including of an advertising nature (hereinafter referred to as "Use").
Using the Company's Services signifies the User's unconditional consent to these Rules for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") and the conditions for processing their personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from Using them.
The Company proceeds from the assumption that the User initiating the Use consciously determines their requests and controls the technical parameters of the equipment they are using, and has familiarized themselves with these Rules in full. In case the User disagrees with the Rules, the Use must be terminated.

2. User's Personal Information
For the purposes of these Rules, "User's personal information" means:

• Personal information that the User provides about themselves independently during registration (creating an account) or in the process of participating in the Use. Information mandatory for providing the Use is marked in a special way. Any other information is provided by the User at their discretion.
• Data that is automatically transmitted as a result of the User's Use using the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie files, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Use), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, the date and time of access, addresses of requested pages, and other similar information.
• Any other information about the User, the possibility of obtaining which is technically feasible.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Company's websites, including in search results.

• The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess their legal capacity. However, the Company and the User proceed from the assumption that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

3. Purposes of Processing the User's Personal Information
The Company collects and stores only that part of the User's personal information which is necessary for the Company to provide/receive the Use, except in cases where the law stipulates mandatory storage of personal information for a legally prescribed period.
The following is considered necessary personal information:

• User's full name;
• User's contact details (mobile phone number and/or email address).
