All accruals are in the account, and invoices are just one click away. For returns or partial cancellations, adjustments are made according to the established rules.

    Availability of isothermal vans and refrigerators, temperature loggers, and pre-cooling capability. Photo-POD with geotagging and fixed delivery windows (including "Friday slots" for events), as well as urgent slots in the city. FEFO (First Expired, First Out) in the warehouse, substitutions by TCA — no disputes under the protocol.
