The Topchikoy collection is made from hand-picked grapes grown on the right bank of the Kacha River valley. The name was chosen by accident: a participant in a production tasting wrote in his notes about the wine: "This is a topchik!" The winemaker then commented: "It's not a topchik, but Topchikoy. This was the name of the village where we now grow grapes and produce this wine."

Topchikoy Pushka Red is a quiet dry wine made from Cabernet Franc and Saperavi grapes with partial oak aging. The aroma is characterized by hints of spicy cherries, dried plums, cardamom, and chocolate.
